How to choose your swim cap?

Choose your swim cap according to the frequency of your swimming practice.

 

FREQUENCY OF PRACTICE 

The number of times you train per week:

OCCASIONAL PRACTICE
You are an “occasional” swimmer if you swim less than once a week.
REGULAR PRACTICE 

You are a “regular” swimmer if you swim once or twice a week.

INTENSIVE PRACTICE 

You are an “intensive” swimmer if you swim more than twice a week.

SWIM CAP SIZE 

The size of your swim cap depends on your head size:

SIZE

If your head is less than 56 cm around

SIZE

If your head is more than 56 cm around

MESH SWIM CAP

The mesh swim cap is designed for occasional swimmers.It is easy to put on and comfortable. Similarly, it is ideal for people who want to feel comfortable in their swim cap. However, it is not very watertight and may move during diving.

SILICONE MESH SWIM CAP

This swim cap is designed for regular swimmers. Slightly more watertight, it is also easy to put on. It lets less water in, thanks to its silicone coating. However, it may still move during diving.

THE SILICONE SWIM CAP

This type of swim cap is designed for regular to intensive swimmers. It is much more watertight and stable in the water. It is also more difficult to put on.

THE MOULDED SWIM CAP

This type of cap is designed for competitive swimmers. It is more watertight and hydrodynamic during swimming.
